MUCK BUNKHOUSE
Situated in Port Mor Bay on the south side of the island, the Bunkhouse is just a short walk from the ferry pier, the island's tearoom, and the Community Hall.
Accommodation and Facilities
The Bunkhouse accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double room with bedside table and under-bed storage.
Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4: Bunk rooms, each with bedside table and under-bed storage.
The communal areas include:
Kitchen/Diner/Sitting Room: A light and airy space with solid oak flooring, benefiting from passive solar gain throughout the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar, gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, and kettle.
Bathrooms: Two toilets and a cubicle power shower.
Additional amenities feature fast Wi-Fi throughout the property, a selection of cards, games, and books. A travel cot and high chair are available upon request. Bed linen is provided; however, guests are requested to bring their own towels or hire them for a small fee (£2 per person).
Booking Information and Rates
The Bunkhouse can be booked year round with short breaks considered outside peak periods. Longer residential stays are also available for monthly lets out of season at reasonable monthly rates, suitable for those who would like to work, study, or simply relax and be part of a small west coast community.
There is a 2 night minimum stay with 50% deposit on booking.

Additional Information
Please note that there is no general store on Muck. Guests are advised to bring all food for self-catering. Local produce such as Isle of Muck shellfish, eggs, and vegetables are sometimes available.
There is a Co-op in Mallaig where supplies can be purchased before arrival, or provisions can be sent over on the ferry. Find out more here. The Tearoom is open from April to September and offers homemade soups, sandwiches, toasties, and cakes. A great place for morning coffee, lunches, and afternoon teas.
